		<description>I think it&#039;s a dreadful idea.  It&#039;s open to abuse by people pimping their site and those who wish to &quot;do a site down&quot;, like competitors or simple cyber-yobs.  TripAdvisor is bad enough, with its lax and laissez-faire attitude to anonymous &quot;reviews&quot; but this sounds like there will be no moderation at all. Sites should be able to opt out if they wish.
